These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy below, constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Roman Manevich PR IT Konsultant Tesai, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia (MB: 68483638, PIB: 115592937), located at Dositejeva 11, Belgrade 11000, Serbia ("Tesai", "we", "us").
These Terms apply specifically to Tesai Office, a SaaS product by Tesai. Other Tesai products and consulting services may be governed by separate agreements.
By creating an account, checking the "I agree" box, or using Tesai Office in any way, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tesai Office is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing AI coding agents. The platform provides task management, AI agent orchestration, knowledge base management, and related developer tools ("Service").
The Service is currently in Beta. Features, APIs, and interfaces may change, be modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact_us@tesai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms or for any reason, with or without notice.
THIS IS A CRITICAL SECTION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
The Service utilizes third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate code, text, and other content ("AI Output"). You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain all rights to your code, repositories, and data ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership over User Content or AI Output generated for your account.
The Service, its design, logos, and underlying technology are owned by Tesai. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.
We may collect and use anonymized, aggregated usage metrics (token counts, feature usage patterns) to improve the Service. This data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your content.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
We do not store your payment card details. All financial data is handled exclusively by Paddle.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
The following plans are available (prices in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes):
All plans require a separate subscription to a compatible AI model provider (currently Anthropic Claude). Tesai does not provide, resell, or proxy AI model access. AI model usage costs are your responsibility and are billed directly by the AI provider under their own terms.
Annual plans are billed as a single payment for 12 months at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day refund window except as required by applicable law.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Feature limits are enforced immediately upon downgrade.
The Free plan has a lifetime limit of 30 tasks. Once reached, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue creating tasks. Existing data remains accessible. We reserve the right to delete Free plan accounts that have been inactive for more than 90 days, with 14 days' prior notice by email.
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first subscription payment. To request a refund, contact contact_us@tesai.app within this period.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on unused full months remaining.
We do not guarantee any specific uptime, availability, or performance level (no SLA). The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We may perform maintenance at any time without prior notice.
The Service relies on third-party providers including but not limited to Anthropic (AI models), cloud infrastructure providers, and Paddle (payments). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services. If a third-party provider changes their terms, pricing, or API, we may modify or discontinue affected features without liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tesai, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use or deployment of AI Output; (d) any third-party claim resulting from your User Content.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, sanctions, regulatory changes, third-party service outages (Anthropic, AWS, ISP), cyberattacks, or power failures.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your account through Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request data export before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) under its Rules of Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, with the seat in Belgrade, Serbia.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to international sanctions and that you will comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Email address, username, and hashed password (bcrypt). We do not store plaintext passwords.
Feature usage patterns, token consumption metrics, agent session metadata (model, duration, cost). Used to operate and improve the Service.
Project configurations, task descriptions, knowledge base entries, and AI agent outputs. Stored to provide the Service functionality.
IP address, browser type, device information. Collected via server logs for security and debugging.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
We use only essential session cookies (JWT authentication token). No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage metrics may be retained indefinitely.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and secure session management. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be processed in the European Union and/or United States through our infrastructure providers. We ensure adequate protection through standard contractual clauses where applicable.
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
